1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SASYRO Pulse Event System ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

SASYRO Pulse provides an event creation and management platform, allowing administrators to build offline-ready event packages (.CSA files) via our Web App, and allowing attendees to download and view them via our Mobile App.

3. User Accounts

To use the Web App administration features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. No account is required to use the Mobile Viewer App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the content (schedules, images, data) you upload and distribute through your events. You confirm you have the legal right to distribute any content you package through our systems.

5. Analytics & Telemetry

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, the Mobile App sends anonymous telemetry data (such as app usage and schedule bookmarks) to our servers to help us improve app performance and manage server infrastructure. By using the Service, you consent to this standard data transmission.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SASYRO makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of event schedules, content uploaded by organizers, or the uninterrupted availability of the app. In no event shall SASYRO be liable for any missed events, lost data, or other damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
