SASYRO ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SASYRO Pulse Event System, which includes our web-based Admin Builder and our mobile Viewer App. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

1. The Mobile App (SASYRO Pulse Viewer)

Our mobile app is designed with absolute privacy in mind. The Pulse Viewer app is a tool used by event attendees to download and view encrypted event packages (.CSA files).

• No Accounts Required: We do not require attendees to create an account, provide an email address, or log in.
• Digital Badge & Attendee Directory (Opt-In): If you choose to use the networking features, we collect the contact information you provide (such as Name, Email, Phone Number, Title, and LinkedIn URL). This data is strictly optional, explicitly opt-in, and only shared with other attendees of your specific event. You can opt-out and delete this data at any time by disabling the directory toggle within the app.
• Interactive Features & UGC: If you utilize features like the Social Wall, Live Q&A, or Session Feedback, we securely transmit and store your text submissions. These are linked to a randomized device ID to prevent abuse, not your personal identity.
• Offline-First & Telemetry: The core app is designed to work offline. However, when connected, it sends anonymous telemetry (such as schedule bookmarks and app usage) to help organizers measure session popularity and optimize server management.
• Location Services: To provide mapping and navigation features, the app may request access to your device's precise location. This location data is processed locally on your device to display your position relative to event venues. We do not track, transmit, or store your GPS location history on our servers.

2. The Web App (Admin Builder)

If you are an Event Organizer using our web platform, we collect:

• Account Information: Your email address and authentication details.
• Billing Information: Processed securely by third-party providers.
• Event Data: Schedules, bios, and logos you upload. (You are responsible for ensuring you have consent to distribute this data).

3. Data Sharing & GDPR

We do not sell your personal data. We share necessary data only with trusted infrastructure providers. SASYRO operates in Greece and fully complies with GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data at any time.
